The CDS Factory is comprised of a complete metal machine shop, wood shop, clean room, test & assembly area and shipping/receiving depot.  Our in-house metal fabrication equipment includes (5) CNC Mills, a CNC Lathe, CNC Laser, a 50 Ton Press, a 40 Ton Brake, a CNC Punch a 120" Shear, (5) Welding Bays and (2) Band Saws.  Our Wood Shop has a giant, dual bladed precision sliding saw, panel saw, boring machines and a CNC Edge Bander.

For our Custom Display Solutions, we work with a host of raw materials including stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, glass, hardwood, MDF, fberglas, fabrics and more.  Marrying these materials together requires a wide range of fastening techniques, including bolting, welding, bonding and upholstering, just to name a few.  At CDS, we are always researching new and improved ways of bringing the finest materials together for our clients.

Shipping with detailed installation instructions, most CDS products are relatively simple to assemble and some smaller units require no assembly at all.  For more complex systems (that we feel could use a little supervisory help), we can provide a single technician to guide and assist local labor.  For more radical systems still, we will provide a team of Factory Certified CDS Technicians to unpack, install and test the entire system.  CDS is always ready to assist with the installation of our products.  We offer installation support worldwide… there’s virtually no place we won’t go!

CDS Design & Engineering Staff use state-of-the-art design tools like SolidWorks™ to create CAD renderings of potential projects (a.k.a. “feasibility studies”) in addition to detailed drawings for fabrication.  Since 2000, CDS has amassed a library of literally thousands of CAD drawings of studies and projects; a terrific resource for quickly evaluating the viability and cost of new products.

For CDS fabricated Products and Solutions, we provide free CAD studies for your proposals.  CDS also offers design services by contract.
